LocalWays is a website operated by Kamily Inc. that provides restaurant information in Japan. We use AI-powered natural language search to help users find restaurants matching their criteria, and publish articles explaining Japanese food culture and dining tips.

Restaurant data is obtained through APIs from HotPepper Gourmet Web Service (Recruit Co., Ltd.) and Google Maps Platform (Google LLC).

By using our site, you agree to the following disclaimers:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or currency of restaurant information (hours, holidays, menus, prices, locations, etc.)
• AI search results are for reference only; final decisions are your responsibility
• Always verify information directly with restaurants before visiting
• We are not liable for damages resulting from use of our information
• We do not act as an intermediary for reservations

The following activities are prohibited:

• Scraping: Automated collection of site content using crawlers, scrapers, etc.
• API abuse: Unauthorized API access or excessive requests
• Commercial mass requests: Large-scale data collection for commercial purposes
• AI misuse: Abuse of our AI search function (harmful prompts, service disruption, etc.)
• Rights violations: Activities that infringe on our rights or third-party rights
